We work with established Housing Providers — from nationwide Registered Providers to specialist Care and Support Providers — that have a clear service, a track record, and the ability to take on a corporate lease.

As part of getting to know a new Housing Provider, we carry out our own commercial checks, including a company credit look-up, to make sure there's a sensible basis to work together. These are for our own purposes only — landlords and providers each remain responsible for their own due diligence and independent checks before entering into any lease.

We're paid by the landlord, not the Housing Provider. Landlords pay our fees for sourcing and setting up the lease. So you get matched property, viewings and support through to a signed lease at no cost.

You will always lease directly with the landlord or developer who owns the property. MarketOffer is a UKALA-registered letting agent — we act for the landlord to introduce you, coordinate the process and collect rent on their behalf.

We're not a rent-to-rent operator and not a party to the lease. You lease directly from the owner at the actual rent, and our fee is paid by the landlord — not added to what you pay.
